  • 13 Sep, 2024 Design of Phase 1 Study of ALN-HTT02 in Adult Patients with Huntington’s Disease Presented at the EHDN & Enroll-HD 2024 Congress

    The design of a Phase 1 study of ALN-HTT02—an investigational RNAi therapeutic targeting huntingtin (HTT) for Huntington’s disease—was presented at the EHDN & Enroll-HD 2024 Congress in Strasbourg, France. Nonclinical data supporting the tolerability of deep and sustained HTT-lowering in wild-type nonhuman primates after single and repeated intrathecal administration of ALN-HTT02—which employs Alnylam’s C16-siRNA CNS delivery platform—were also shared.

  • 26 Jun, 2024 New Phase 1 Results for ALN-KHK Presented at the American Diabetes Association’s 84th Scientific Sessions

    We presented additional positive interim results for an ongoing Phase 1/2 study of ALN-KHK, an investigational RNAi therapeutic targeting ketohexokinase in development for the treatment of type 2 diabetes, at the American Diabetes Association’s 84th Scientific Sessions. Our investigational therapeutic showed an encouraging safety and tolerability profile and target engagement in the single ascending dose part of the study in healthy overweight to obese adults.

Additional details were presented on the KARDIA-3 study design with zilebesiran as an add-on therapy in patients with high cardiovascular risk and hypertension inadequately controlled by standard of care antihypertensives.
